What do you think?.
Am I being unfair in expecting this motor to have lasted through a simple diagnostic?
Or am I some kind of a crackpot out to get a free overhaul done on a lemon?
Should I drag BMW SPECIALTY SHOP B to court, sue them for a new motor, installed, and reimbursement of expenses?
Or should I just follow their suggestion that I need to "Decide how much you want to keep the car"- implying that I consider taking the loss of selling it off in this condition?- or better yet, that I give BMW SPECIALTY SHOP B $5500 dollars more to take my engine even farther apart and put it back together again.
I'd be curious to hear from anybody with any constructive comments.

By the way- I dont need my mailbox stuffed with lots of people telling me that-Thats what you get for buying a BMW ya stoopid yuppie, I think I get that much of it ;-) .
