What I asked for in compensation for the wrong that I feel was done to me

Originally, I would have liked for BMW SPECIALTY SHOP B to make an effort to retain me as a customer, After all, I realize that there was- and still is, a good $3000 worth of service which will need to be conducted as routine and scheduled maintenance on this vehicle over the next year or two, and I would like that money to go to a shop that I can rely on for honest, high quality service.

I understand some degree in pride in their reputation, but when so many indications point to a problem with the work they performed, I would expect a more professional attempt at correcting the situation.

However, given the attitude displayed so far, along with the apparent fabrication of misleading leakage figures for cylinders 5 and 6, I have to seriously question their integrity, and I am developing doubts as to whether I want to entrust the care of such a major investment to this firm.

I understand how mistakes occur, and I was OK with paying what I did to have the initial problem corrected.

However I do not feel that BMW SPECIALTY SHOP B is being forthright about their responsibility for the subsequent damage, and I seriously wonder if deliberate attempts were not made to obfuscate the fact that- apart from cylinder 1, which they damaged, this motor shows no signs of excessive wear.

Given these circumstances, I am asking that BMW SPECIALTY SHOP B replace or rebuild my engine at their expense and reimburse me for all expenses incurred in assessing the damage, and in recovery of remuneration.
